I've grown violets for years now and they have inspired many of my artworks.
This is a wet colored pencil rendition of one of my favorites.
"For The Love of Creation!" I have been drawing and painting since I was about 3 (several decades ago). I sold my first painting at the age of 13. I've been dabbling with the camera for just about as long.. Art IS in the eye of the beholder. Traditionally a realist, I've enjoyed dabbling in various other styles as well. I have always been fascinated with wildlife and enjoy sculpting, painting or sketching animals of every kind.
